Customer Usage Policy
This Customer Usage Policy sets the standards, restrictions, responsibilities, and enforcement terms that apply to all clients using HorizonX LLC services, systems, software, telecom infrastructure, communication environments, managed solutions, and related technology platforms.
Important Notice
HorizonX LLC services may only be used for lawful, authorized, and professionally responsible business activity. Any misuse, abuse, circumvention, fraud, illegal traffic, security violation, or breach of this policy may lead to immediate restriction, suspension, investigation, or termination without prior notice where necessary.
Acceptable Use
Clients may use HorizonX LLC services only for legitimate, authorized, and lawful business purposes. All usage must comply with applicable local, national, and international laws, relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, contractual obligations, and commercial best practices.
Services must be used in a way that protects infrastructure integrity, preserves platform stability, respects third-party rights, and avoids operational, legal, financial, reputational, or security risk to HorizonX LLC, its suppliers, or its partners.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited, whether attempted directly or indirectly:
- Spam, phishing, robocalling abuse, fraudulent outreach, impersonation, deceptive messaging, or scam-related communication.
- Unauthorized access attempts, credential misuse, exploitation, malware activity, probing, scanning, scraping, or interference with systems.
- Use of services to facilitate illegal telecom routing, spoofing, bypass, masked traffic, concealed termination, or prohibited communications activity.
- Use of AI, software, automation, or connected infrastructure for harmful, abusive, illegal, discriminatory, defamatory, or unethical output or workflows.
- Any conduct intended to overload, reverse engineer, disrupt, degrade, compromise, destabilize, or unlawfully inspect HorizonX LLC systems or environments.
- Any behavior that may expose HorizonX LLC to blacklist risk, carrier complaints, legal claims, regulatory action, financial loss, or reputational harm.
Telecom & VoIP Rules
Where HorizonX LLC provides telecom, VoIP, SIP, routing, call-handling, messaging, or communications-related services, clients must ensure that all traffic, routing behavior, call flows, campaigns, number presentation, and usage patterns remain lawful, accurately represented, and operationally compliant.
- No illegal routing, spoofing, CLI manipulation, traffic masking, or bypass behavior.
- No scam campaigns, fake support calls, misleading outreach, deceptive call flows, or fraudulent engagement activity.
- No reselling, re-routing, onward distribution, sub-licensing, or white-labeling of services without prior written approval.
- Clients remain fully responsible for all traffic or communications originating from their users, endpoints, staff, systems, agents, contractors, or customers.
Data, Privacy & Security
Clients are responsible for the legality, ownership, handling, and security posture of all data, prompts, records, content, contacts, documents, logs, or business information processed through HorizonX LLC services.
- Clients must not submit, process, store, or transmit data in violation of privacy, confidentiality, or regulatory obligations.
- Clients must maintain suitable internal controls for credentials, endpoint access, team permissions, connected systems, and device security.
- Clients must promptly report any suspected unauthorized access, abuse, compromise, fraud event, or security incident affecting their environment.
- HorizonX LLC may apply reasonable safeguards, restrictions, monitoring, validation, rate controls, or protective actions to preserve security and service integrity.
Client Responsibility
Clients are accountable for all activity performed through their accounts, workspaces, systems, staff access, integrations, contractors, connected tools, customer-facing flows, and any authorized or unauthorized use arising from their environment.
It is the client’s responsibility to manage permissions, review usage, train internal users, monitor operational behavior, and ensure ongoing compliance with the legal, ethical, regulatory, and commercial standards relevant to their business.
Suspension, Restriction & Termination
HorizonX LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to investigate, restrict, suspend, limit, or terminate access to any service where misuse, fraud indicators, abnormal activity, carrier complaints, security issues, legal exposure, abusive behavior, policy violations, or unpaid balances are identified or reasonably suspected.
In serious situations, action may be taken immediately and without prior notice in order to protect infrastructure, compliance position, third parties, vendors, or other clients.
Policy Updates
HorizonX LLC may revise this policy periodically to reflect operational safeguards, legal obligations, service changes, security standards, risk controls, or business requirements. Continued use of services after an update constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
